Is support included in the Academia plan?
The Academia plan does not include a dedicated “priority” support service, however, you can still contact the team if you find or experience any problem.
Can I add more team members beyond the 5 included?
The basic Academia user can not add more than 5 members to the team, for additional collaboration needs, consider the Enterprise plan, which offers scalable options.
What happens after my free protocol draft?
Each additional protocol draft costs €350 under the Academia plan. Enterprise pricing varies based on agreements.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade to the Enterprise plan by contacting us for a custom quote.
